Compatibility Hiring Chart (Report #1)
Visualize and immediately understand your candidate's compatibility for a position, based on these eight core personality traits:
- Goal Orientation - Need to achieve goals quickly
- Need for Control - Need for independence and control over environment
- Social Confidence - Assertiveness in social situations
- Social Drive - Need to make social connections and receive recognition
- Detail Orientation - Style of decision making-intuition versus analysis
- Good Impression - Motivation to leave a good impression
- Need to Nurture - Need to take care of others
- Skepticism - Trust in others
Each trait is scored on a basis of 1 to 100, plus a relative score of where the candidate fits within an "ideal range." For each personality trait, you also see:
- Their overall compatibility rating - will coaching make a difference?
- Strengths of the candidate
- Weaknesses of the candidate
- Coaching tips for improvement
- Recommended coaching hours per month
